In addition, it examines account management and billing system issues customer care agents will encounter when handling VoIP customers.

VoIP Installation and Repair takes technical personnel through VoIP in a step-by-step and comprehensive manner, educating the learner in the theory and practice of implementing MTA/EMTA, twisted-pair inside wiring, and applicable troubleshooting techniques. Included in this option is incorporation of your VoIP equipment and procedures and hands-on sessions to help your employees put learning into practice.
