Shipping Information

Orders will be processed within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped by FedEx Ground. Jones/NCTI will provide a tracking number via email and our customers can track their packages using the FedEx website. FedEx Ground information:

Delivery Times: 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 4–7 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Service Days: Monday–Friday.

Restrictions: FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
