Jones/NCTI recognizes the accomplishments of the Master Technicians in a variety of ways. This group is indeed elite; fewer than 2% of our students qualify for this honor.

Once a Jones/NCTI Master Technician is identified, Jones/NCTI sends him or her a Certificate of Recognition that sports the Master Technician logo. In addition, Jones/NCTI honors each Master Technician with a leather-trimmed baseball cap.

The certificate and the leather-trimmed baseball cap are presented to Jones/NCTI's Master Technician free of charge.
